it’s my birthday

YESSS, it’s my birthday! I’m 13! Surprisingly, I actually got quite a number of gifts from my friends and family. A list would look like this:

  1. A whole bunch of CHOCOLATE (like 4 bars)(lol)
  2. A fancy water-resistant, sports watch (sparkly!!)
  3. Some money (idk, man)
  4. A ladybug themed cup/goblet/bowl-ish container (woah)
  5. A Starbucks card
  6. A hilarious notebook (no, really.)
  7. A lot of cards
  8. Two drawings of cakes by my cute baaaby brother in kindergarten!!!
  9. Three bags/packages of junk food/deep-fried stuff. (;P)
  10. A CHOCOLATE cupcake with caramel icing on the top with SPRINKLES (yum!)
  11. A bouquet of flowers made of tissue paper, a ribbon, and some sticks. (wow)

That’s actually quite a list. Another thing my friends did was decorate my locker. It was covered with gift wrapping paper with HAPPY BIRTHDAY all over it. And green streamers. And sticky notes with some messages on them. At the end of the school day, I took it down CAREFULLY and brought it home. Dinner was great. THANKS MOM and DAAD. Well then, see y’all!

Unfamiliar Flag

I’m in America! I’m with my maternal grandparents. Today we leave San Francisco. We have done lots of things in the span of six days. Such as celebrate my grandparents’ birthdays, go on a carousel multiple times, walk to and from the hotel and my grandparents’ house, go to a fancy mall (with interesting escalators), and eat a whole lot. My battery on my phone is a little low and I want to save it for later so, see ya when I get back to my computer!

Laalalala

There is less than a week until my family and I go to San Francisco. I can’t say I am excited, but I am looking forward to the trip. Every time I go somewhere I try to think positively. This time I will probably be optimistic. There was a time when I didn’t really want to stay after I got there, but I got through it. Yes, Gloria didn’t think about her own thoughts and just did whatever it was a good model child did. But less model like. Hahaaha. Well, these days, all I have been doing is sleep in until it is 12 pm-ish, watch random dramas (sorry y’all), listen to lots of music, read a library book, play Candy Crush (sorry), and go out with my parents and siblings. And play ping pong every week. And overstretch and have super sore legs. Yep. Yippee. It is getting late, so I will end this post here. See you next time I write!

allergies are great

I went to Burnaby Mountain today and came back with itchy eyes and a sneezing frenzy. Half of my family were having a sneezing party. I’m currently playing games and writing a story. Multitasking because I get bored easily. But I’m getting SOMETHING done. And I am on a break. But I have to do some work. Well then, let me get to it. Adieu!

LET’S GO, GO, GO!!

So, tomorrow i am going to CHINA to go see relatives! So, due to special events, I may not be able to update (if you’re the only person reading this, as this does not have any fans, good luck with catching up…) for a long time. My only way of getting to internet is my tablet. And sometimes it is charging, and sometimes someone else is using it. Yeah.

My entire family is going!! It has been 6 WHOLE years since I last went OVERSEAS. I went to AMERICA last year to see other relatives, but that ain’t overseas. So, hopefully I survive the 12 hour long flight. YEAHHH!!!

Until next time, fellas…

Update: August 2014

I’m not gonna type for, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, 2 weeks? Yah. Gotta spend more time with my family instead of listening to music in a corner. Spending time with them as in going away from my computer. But I’ll be fine, I don’t need my computer as long as I can be occupied in something. So, um this post is just to let anyone who wants know, know. See ya!

I’m back! Why was I not typing for so loooong??? BECAUSE, I was being occupied with other stuff. All of them had to do with Internet stuff, I just didn’t go to my blog to type updates. I don’t really have much to say. Eh… I have homework and stuff like watching the Olympics. Oh yeah, yesterday, I skipped Math to watch the Olympics in the Gym. Our Gym teacher had two TVs out to watch the Women’s Hockey Game of USA vs Canada. Other than that, I had nothing else to do.
I’ll just go and check other stuff now… So… See ya!

Hello People!

Hello people! I’m back! Today was the first day of 2nd term school year. So, we started with Spelling. Like the Spelling Test. Then some time for the Spelling worksheets for us to recognize our words. And then we had Novel Study. Then it was Recess. Then we had Math. And we also had homework. It’s okay, I finished it already. There’s Math EVERYDAY, and we actually have twenty-one questions, but we cut it into a part each day, so today it was questions one to ten. After Math we had Gym. In Gym, we did basketball dribbling. BO-RING! After Gym it was Lunch. I’m supposed to lunch monitor for one more week before the new schedule is posted. So I lunch monitored. During Recess and Lunch Recess, I played soccer. AND, after Lunch it was Silent reading. Then New Name Tag making time. Then a little bit of French. Then Planners. Then Home Time. XD…
ANYWAYS, the day was pretty much normal. Yah. So, I’m gonna go check stuff on the computer. Adieu~!

New Year’s Resolutions: 2014

Hi there. So… Resolutions. Let’s see what I achieved for last year’s resolutions:

1. Help more around the house. (I think I’m more helpful in the house. So… Check mark!)
2. Be more careful around Gabriel. (I don’t need to. If he’s careful then we’re all fine. So that’s off the list. XD)
3. Don’t spend TOO much time on the computer. (Eh. It’s okay… I’ll be fine.
So that’s also off the list.)
4. Pretty much stay the same other than be more… mature. (NOOOO!!! My least favourite resolution!!!! Umm… I didn’t achieve that… In fact I got a tad bit more IMMATURE. So, an X.)
5. Finish homework earlier and faster so I won’t have to worry have it due on time. (Achieved. No more words.)
6. Stop smacking Grace so much. (I did that. Instead, I whack her around and vice-versa.
*thumbs up*)

Let’s see what I thought up for this year…

1. Study for at least one subject for school. (Yes… I don’t study for ANYTHING and I still get good scores. :D)
2. Pay more attention to when someones talking to me and don’t listen when I’m not supposed to listen. (I do that A LOT)
3. Don’t get my eyesight worse than before. (Or more glasses… I liked it when I didn’t wear glasses because then I can to more things… But then to me I’d look naked. Eh.)
4. Try to type without looking at the keyboard. (NOO!!! I can’t! I still have to look at the keyboard even though I am one of the fastest ‘typers’ in my class.
Eh.)
5. Act more… MATURE, and don’t… run around saying embarrassing things in front of strangers. (Heheheheheheh!)
6.
Improve temper. (Yah.)
7. Improve my Shanghainese
language speaking so I will understand and speak more to my grandma if she can come to where I reside. (Let’s see if I can do it… Heh.)
8. Don’t piss people off. (I can do that easily.)
9. Don’t get pissed off that easily. (I can do that TOO easily.)
10. Improve my mathematical skills. (So I can do better on the Abel Test this year if I am asked.)

That’s pretty much it. What do you want to improve on?
I don’t have much to say, so to wrap it up, Happy New Year, and have a great 2014! I’ll still be writing! Ja!

Merry Christmas Everybody!

Merry Christmas! It’s Christmas, and it’s not white at all. Or green if you’re in Australia. For Christmas this year I got a penguin memo pad that comes with a black gel pen (with sparkles in the ink/gel), the 4th and 5th Kingdom of Fantasy (Geronimo Stilton) books, a mug, basketball shoes, a jacket, a watercolour kit, a huge chocolate dipped candy cane, chocolates ( I mean not one pack but at least 6 packs of chocolate…), a bunny pencil case, and cards.

Holy cow! I’m in the basement of my house with my computer (like normal), and i can smell the meat for dinner from the kitchen (which is upstairs)! It smells good! I think this year’s Christmas dinner will consist a lot of meat. If that’s the reason, I will think that’s the reason why dad didn’t let us have any meat for lunch. Eh.

I wish everyone a very, oh so very, Merry Christmas! You could say I’m curious, but, what did you get for Christmas this year? Have a wonderful rest of 2013! Woah… Only 6 more days left of 2013?! Guess I’ll have to look over my 2013 New Year’s resolutions, and see what I’ve achieved. Why am I so afraid of getting old?! I’m the youngest almost everywhere! I think 11 is a VERY BIG number. *NODS VIGOROUSLY* 2014 seems like a huge number compared to 2013. Or 2012, 2011, 2010. 2010 was the year of the Winter Olympics. The only thing I remember of the 2010 Winter Olympics is that a bobsleigh athelete died while practicing. And then there’s the Waving Flag song. And Coca Cola. Oh dear. I just remembered that next year I’ll be in Grade 6!!! 6 DUDE, 6!!! THAT’S A HUGE NUMBER IN GRADE LEVELS!!! To me…

Enough spasm-ing gurl. It’s Christmas! Enjoy this day of giving! Adieu, and Merry Christmas~!
