Ooh noo, it’s the time of year again.

Yep. The time of the year. Where the intermediates have to perform music related things and dances, and do… performances/concert things. That we haven’t done in  a long time. And also, right now is where are all the tests come around. I just had a French test today. And my teacher is testing our math. Not really a test, but assignments to see where a certain individual’s weak spots. And so he’s making us go through the entire term in 2 weeks. Starting this week and probably getting over it and working on our weak spots for the last 2 weeks.
Tomorrow is the intermediate concert rehearsal in front of the entire school. And grade sixes have to look somewhat classy. And wear fancy suit-like clothing. And generally look cool and fashionable. But we have the most parts in the concert. We have to play the guitar, recorder, sing, and do a dance. The grade sevens have one part, and that’s to play like, 2 songs with their band instruments. Grades 4 and 5’s have the ukulele and the xylophone. And the grade sixes have so many things to do. And the worst part is the fact that it is first thing in the morning. And I can’t sing in the morning, and especially when it is FIRST THING in the morning. My voice takes a long time to make it at it’s best. ARRRGH.

Also tomorrow is our SPORTS DAY TRIVIA. It has nothing to do with sports day, apart from the points awarded that are extra/bonus points. Why do the rest of the school have to watch the grade 7 captains fail at every question? I DUNNO.

Summer Resolutions

Okay, so I got this idea from my sister, Grace, and, uh, it is basically a list of things i kind of want to achieve over the Summer. So, uhm, HERE IT IS!

1) Write something acceptable…
2) Learn to do something cool
3) Improve my table tennis skills
4) Find my inner creativity
5) Look at things differently (and not copy so much)
6) Read books
7) Ignore put downs
8) Just be more positive
9) Improve grammar … ?
10) Draw more often (to let that creativity goooo)
11) Try to be mature
12) Pay more attention………..

See? I can see a lot of flaws in myself. I still have more. But, since I am turning 12 this year, I’ll just stop at 12. I have another one: write neater. SEEEEEEEEE??? okay…

Let’s go to the normal updates. ehehe. By the way, that rant earlier was 641 words long and took me about 10 minutes to type. Impressive hey? That’s one thing I am better at than my friends; typing fast. But not as fast as some of the grade sevens in my class.
At school we have determined the teams for Sports Day. I am on the Red Bulls team. Isn’t that like, copyrighted? Eh, we’re not selling anything with that name anyways. There are two teams with the same name thing. Since the theme this year is WESTERN, the Yellow Bandits, and the Blue Bandits. Green is the Green Beans of the West. Of course! “OF THE WEST”, just add that, and anything works. It’s Western enough.
Whatever. I should go and do something helpful. But, once again, self-esteem/self-confidence seem to get in the way again. Therefore, I won’t. But, I’ll try. Once? Twice? Twice upon a time? Nope.

O my, ALREADY?!?!?

Hey. Long time no see. I seems to me that my typing skills are not as fast as I normally am. Probably because of my lack of space and my craving for fruit juice. So, last Tuesday was a Track Meet. Again. I only did the 100m and the 200m because the only other race was the 800m, and I almost died doing the 400m (okay… I got second…). In the 100m, I got 4th, because, according to my friends that did track last year and the year before, I was up against some of the fastest kids in my age and gender group. Got pretty good then. In the 200m, I got second. Which is to be expected. I maintain my position in running. FOREVER SECOND! If I ever needed a code name, it’d be SECOND. Like every second. Or 2nd.

So. We are approaching May 100000000km/s. We are going through 2015 like there is no tomorrow (pun not intended). Anyways, I feel like making a list of things I want to do, but I don’t or can’t in the same time. TAKE IT AWAY GLORIA!!

1) Curl my hair…?
2) Get better audio stuff on my CP…?
3) Do the 800m…?
4) Write… something… good…??
5) To be offered some kind of chance to do something superior (??)…?
6) Not to be thought just as ‘that girl’s creepy and violent bodyguard friend’
7) Be more considerate…??

Yeaah. That’s all I’ve got right now. I’ll be going now. I kinda need to go places. I have life everyone! Bet ya didn’t know that. JKJK

No. 2!!

Heyyyy. Yesterday I had my first track meet ever!! I did surprisingly good. In the 100 metre race, I came in 2nd place!! OMG YESSS! jk. But yeah, I did. In the 400 metre race, I also came in 2nd place. In the 200 metre race, I came in… 3rd. It was the last race, and I had run out of water before the race. REAL SMART! But I ended up in the top 3 anyways.
I didn’t know I could be nervous and run more than 700 metres a day. Well, ya learn somethin’ EVERYDAY, don’t ya say? Anyways, I have things to do and anticipate, so I’ll get going! Adios!!!

I get to go skiing tomorrow!

I guess skiing counts as a sport. Actually it is! Because it’s in the Olympics. Ahahahhaa. I had forgotten about it being a sport, but then again, since wasn’t it a sport? Well, probably when it was first introduced to human beings.
Anyways, this a school trip to Whistler Blackcomb. The intermidiate students get to go on every Friday for three weeks, staring tomorrow. We’re supposed to be at the school and loading into the bus as early as 5:45 am!! Which means I should get up at 5:00am. Oooooooooh daaaaaaaaaamn. Ooooooooooooooh maaaaaaaaaaaaan. Whatever. I won’t be alone at least. You know how much I hate being alone. I DO like being babied by my friends. But, the bad part is that next week I have to sit alone due to my friend is sitting with my other friend that week, because there are 3 of us friends, and 2 kids per 2 seats. Ehehehe.
So, uh. I’ll have to get going on my homework, got lots more time on the bus too, but I gotta finish my math before!! I can write my novel on the bus because it is more boring. No offence, teach.

Distraction

When I go to school I don’t get that distracted, unless I’m sick, and I just go,’HUH?!’ and not really realize what is going on, like now. I’m sick as heck. Coughing and stuffy nose. I feel like a stuffed up turkey. Don’t ask me why.
School is getting a little more complicated as we go. Essay thingy is done (a while ago), and Science Project is almost due. Music is due tomorrow. Gotta remember to give it to the teacher. The only fun thing, is going outside to play soccer. I play soccer with mostly boys, and my two friends, and a girl I absolutely detest (she openly offends me. Like who does that? I know, HER.), and her body guard that screams with her when they think they get hit. It’s like 10 meters away from them and they’re like,”EEEEEEEEEK!!!” And I’m like, “What just happened?” Yeah.

When people offend me, like REALLLYYY openly, and they know I’m there, I just go,”What a nice day! I won’t let that ruin it, okay?” So, they get annoyed that I ignored it and just stomp awaaay from me. That’s a good thing. Yeah. In grade four, I got ‘lightly’ bullied (if you want to call it that) by that girl before her bodyguard came in this year. The two girls who offend me, are SO DAMN annoying. I hope they just leave me alone next year. Too bad for me, because, in grade seven, I have to graduate with one of them. I hope they’ll learn their lesson by then.

I’m a boring person. Yes, I just realized. I don’t have much to say. The only reputation I have at school, is for being one of the teachers kid’s closer friend. Man… It sort of hurts when all they see in me is ‘that teacher’s kid’s friend.’ I’m more than that. I’m not actually that. I have a name, excuse me.

I’ve gotten into trouble by a lot of people since I was in grade one. In grade two, I had to go to the principal’s office like at least 5 times (some for good reasons, and some for bad reasons). In grade 3, I had one problem which was a set-up to get me in trouble, BECAUSE I WAS A NEW KID IN THE CLASS AND SCHOOL. In grade four, we’ve already gotten through that. This year… Only in trouble twice. One not too bad, the second time (recently…) it was a little (sarcasm), only a little, worse.

I’ve learned my lesson, how about the people that don’t like learn theirs, and stop distracting me from having fun I’m supposed to have at school. It’s supposed to be a fun place where you learn things for the future. Right? So stop ruining my day. I always have a sensitive side, which is part of my girly side that cares about my looks and all the stuff a girl should be thinking about. And last year a person took advantage of it, and I won’t forgive her. Even if she wants me too. Plus, if she wanted my forgiveness, it’s WAAAAY too late too.

That’s pretty much it for my “little” distraction post. It’s supposed to distract you a little bit. Yeah. ANYWAYS, SEEYA!!!

I’m back! Why was I not typing for so loooong??? BECAUSE, I was being occupied with other stuff. All of them had to do with Internet stuff, I just didn’t go to my blog to type updates. I don’t really have much to say. Eh… I have homework and stuff like watching the Olympics. Oh yeah, yesterday, I skipped Math to watch the Olympics in the Gym. Our Gym teacher had two TVs out to watch the Women’s Hockey Game of USA vs Canada. Other than that, I had nothing else to do.

Sports Day.

Okay, today was sports day and my sister and I are on team Rainbow Skittles. And guess what sucks? We(the team..) got last place(4th) and it was REALLY REALLY hot. The other teams were Orange Crush, Purple Unicorns, Neon Green Diva Queens. It was GREEAAAT. TT.TT
